Abstract

This paper aims to discuss a research agenda about Public Prosecutor’s Office as of political sociology contributions and its analysis paths. The research about this institution has been growing in the last decades and allows the exploration of the group institutionalization process that must be deepened. The institution centrality in the research problem aims to develop the structural effects in institutionalized space development and point out the deepening comprehension possibilities about the law international dynamic. After a brief discussion about the Public Prosecutors Office bibliography, I suggest analysis paths departing from the engagement groups that fight over the right institution definition.
