Abstract

This essay covers some writings of Pier Paolo Pasolini and Elsa Morante, seeking to reconstitute the reflections of both on the Italian political landscape of the postwar period. For this purpose, we focus on the dialogue established by Pasolini with Elsa through two poems of Trasumanar e Organizzar, which build a critical-poetic review of Morante’s poetry book, Il mondo salvato dai Ragazzini.
