A Revista On Line de Política e Gestão Educacional, em seu volume 25, n. especial 6, traz,
novamente, artigos de diversas universidades estrangeiras, principalmente universidades russas, visando
ampliar o escopo da discussão sobre educação ao analisar e expor como cientistas de diversos países e
áreas de conhecimento estão desenvolvendo seus trabalhos relativos à educação em suas mais diversas
nuances. Um debate que se renova continuamento em vista das necessidades que surgem tanto dos
avanços tecnológicos, quanto dos desafios enfrentados ao redor do planeta para se atingir uma educação
que ao mesmo tempo que seja capaz de educar com qualidade também seja inclusiva e abrangente, sendo
moldada e moldando os novos contornos educacionais que poderão se tornar as bases para a construção
de modelos de ensino eficientes ao longo do século XXI.
Além disso, reafirmando seu compromisso com a divulgação científica, nessa edição da Revista
on Line de Política e Gestão Educacional são publicados artigos que visam potencializar, e mesmo criar,
uma forma de contato da sociedade com a produção científica estrangeira em diversas áreas de
conhecimento, tentando sempre correlacionar essas produções com seu viés e/ou potencial educativo,
mas também expondo temas e objetos de estudo que são trabalhados no exterior e que, muitas vezes,
apenas uma pequena parcela de pessoas que trabalha de forma direta com algum aspecto específico
desses temas tem contato. Ao trazer artigos que tangenciam seu caminho com a educação, além de expor
novos campos de conhecimentos e também demonstrar como esse tipo de pesquisa e trabalho científico
é realizado em outros países, cria-se a possibilidade de um diálogo mais amplo e uma possibilidade de
se comparar como análises de temas, as vezes, um tanto quanto distintos da educação são feitos em
outros países, assim esses trabalhos poderão, possivelmente, servir como uma base analítica para
construção de estudos também em terras brasileiras, ou outros países que acessam o conteúdo publicado
em nossa revista.

Ao realizar a empreitada de trazer a produção científica estrangeira para o Brasil, América
Latina em geral e outros países do mundo, por meio de sua plataforma online, a revista reafirma seu
comprometimento com a divulgação científica, demonstrando como o uso das redes online pode ser um
poderoso aliado da ciência, possibilitando que as distâncias geográficas, culturais e linguísticas possam
ser superadas e adaptadas, trazendo assim a possibilidade de novos horizontes interdisciplinares,
interculturais e intercontinentais de se estabelecerem nos estudos educacionais no mundo, de fato um
atestado à possiblidade de uma comunidade científica global, capaz de se comunicar e trocar de uma
forma nunca antes possível, utilizando do potencial das redes online de forma positiva para a construção
de um ambiente “sem fronteiras” para a ciência e educação.
Não apenas na redução das distancias e possibilidades de comunicação e trocas com outros
países, também, através da divulgação digital, através do comprometimento com a produção científica,
o uso dos meios digitais permite que desafios impostos por calamidades, como a pandemia de
coronavírus, tenham um menor impacto na produção científica global. Mesmo em tempos de
dificuldade, crise e isolamento os veículos digitais possibilitaram que a produção científica não parasse,
talvez até mesmo que ganhasse novo ímpeto ao ser forçada a desbravar esse ambiente que ainda era
explorado com mais cautela, com mais parcimônia. As lições que foram aprendidas durante a pandemia,
e que ainda são aprendidas, não serão simplesmente ignoradas e esquecidas, novos modelos de produção
e divulgação científica se consolidaram ao longo dos últimos 2 anos e se manterão mesmo quando as
medidas de isolamento não forem mais necessárias, também se mostrou a possibilidade usar a força
desse novo sistema de comunicação científica global para o enfrentamento desses desafios e dificuldades
que podem assolar o mundo, além daqueles que já assolam continuamento.
Nesse espírito de superação, de dificuldades e fronteiras, de comunicação, de inovação que será
feita a apresentação de diversos trabalhos que abordarão como, dentro do campo da educação e outros,
as inovações e o contato entre países pode ser usada de forma positiva para o desenvolvimento de um
sistema educacional mais humano, mais inclusivo, um sistema que seja capaz de lidar com as novas
demandas do século XXI, tanto em vista dos novos desafios políticos e sociais, quanto das fronteiras
tecnológicas que cada vez mais são desbravadas e incorporadas na vida das pessoas. Serão analisadas e
expostas como as distintas gerações lidam com essa nova realidade e como a educação, uma educação
moderna e que seja capaz de incorporar esse mundo plural, pode ser uma poderosa aliada nesse momento
em que as pessoas ao redor do planeta lutam para se manterem atualizadas e capazes de acompanhar a
vida que se torna cada vez mais dinâmica.
Uma educação que se mostre libertadora, que seja capaz de ensinar as pessoas a interpretarem

eu mundo, sua realidade, os novos fluxos e demandas. É necessário que uma educação de qualidade
para esse momento da humanidade seja capaz de integrar as gerações novas e as antigas, identificar o
que precisa ser alterado e aqueles valores que ainda precisam ser mantidos e transmitidos às novas
gerações, que seja capaz de integrar e capacitar as gerações antigas para que entendam e saibam
conviver, e não apenas tolher e podar, com as mais novas, que compreendam as mudanças e sejam

capazes de se manter integrados numa realidade que muda de forma cada vez mais rápida e intensa, que
diverge muito, em grande parte das vezes, do mundo quando essas pessoas mais velhas eram as que
estavam em sua fase de passar pelo sistema educacional.
Novos valores, novos desafios, novas demandas, novas esperanças, novas frustrações, novas
diversões, novas formas de se existir e participar do mundo, e uma mudança cada vez mais rápida em
tudo isso, uma sociedade e uma realidade, pessoas cada vez mais fluidas são a marca do mundo atual, e
compreender os fenômenos que nos levam a isso, compreender como as gerações mais jovens vivem
nesse ambiente em constante mudança faz parte do desafio educacional do novo século, a escola, a
educação tem que ser capaz de se adaptar e evoluir e modificar para acompanhar os novos ritmos e não
ficar obsoleta, incapaz de fazer com que as pessoas mais jovens de fato sejam capazes de navegar nas
tumultuosas aguas desse novo devir existencial sem se perder, sendo capazes de agir e interagir, ser
tornarem partes ativas e relevantes dos sistemas, e da mudanças desses sistemas, que ainda regem a vida.
Formar pessoas humanas e ainda assim capazes de se integrar nas estruturas já existentes, considerando
passado e também futuro, é um grande obstáculo que os sistemas educacionais enfrentam, pois não
apenas os jovens e as gerações que ainda estão em sua “fase” de estudos tem que ser capazes de fazer
parte da sociedade, aqueles que já estão idosos também precisam ser incluídos, também precisam ser
capazes de navegar por esses novos fluxos temporais tão distintos do passado quando eram eles os
estudantes.
A palavra da vez nessa edição de nossa revista se torna inclusividade, uma capacidade de fazer
com que as barreiras geracionais, tecnológicas, pandêmicas, geográficas, linguísticas, culturais e outras
sejam superadas, mesmo que parcialmente, mesmo que ainda apenas de maneira tímida, mas pioneira,
integrando, incluindo cada vez mais povos e pessoas nas realidades do mundo, fazendo com que o velho
e o novo sejam capazes de conversar, capazes de se entender, que o nacional e o estrangeiro se
aproximem, mesmo quando as distâncias geográficas são gigantes. Assim, reafirmando mais uma vez
seu compromisso com divulgação e crescimento e desenvolvimento científico, a Revista on Line de
Política e Gestão Educacional apresenta uma edição onde contrastes e desafios são abordados e
explorados buscando sua superação, buscando novos entendimentos de como se faz e de como se fazer
educação e ciência em nível internacional.
Assim, finalizamos essa breve introdução e desejamos a todos uma excelente leitura.

The Revista On Line de Política e Gestão Educacional, in its 25th volume, n. special 6, brings,
again, articles from several foreign universities, mainly Russian universities, aiming to broaden the
scope of the discussion on education by analyzing and exposing how scientists from different countries
and areas of knowledge are developing their work related to education in its most diverse nuances. A
debate that is continually renewed in view of the needs that arise both from technological advances and
from the challenges faced around the planet to achieve an education that, at the same time that it is
capable of educating with quality, is also inclusive and comprehensive, being shaped and shaping the
new educational contours that could become the basis for the construction of efficient teaching models
throughout the 21st century.
In addition, reaffirming its commitment to scientific dissemination, in this edition of the Revista
on Line de Política e Gestão Educacional, articles are published that aim to enhance, and even create, a
form of contact between society and foreign scientific production in various areas of knowledge, always
trying to correlate these productions with their bias and/or educational potential, but also exposing
themes and objects of study that are worked abroad and that, often, only a small portion of people who
work directly with some specific aspect of these themes have contact with. By bringing articles that
touch its path with education, in addition to exposing new fields of knowledge and also demonstrating
how this type of research and scientific work is carried out in other countries, it creates the possibility
of a broader dialogue and a possibility of comparate on how analyzes of themes, often somewhat
different from education, are carried out in other countries, so these works may possibly serve as an
analytical basis for the construction of studies also in Brazilian lands, or in other countries that access
the published content in our journal.

By carrying out the task of bringing foreign scientific production to Brazil, Latin America in
general and other countries of the world, through its online platform, the journal reaffirms its
commitment to scientific dissemination, demonstrating how the use of online networks can be a
powerful ally of science, enabling geographic, cultural and linguistic distances to be overcome and
adapted, thus bringing the possibility of new interdisciplinary, intercultural and intercontinental horizons
to be established in educational studies in the world, in fact a testament to the possibility of a global
scientific community, able to communicate and exchange in a way never before possible, using the
potential of online networks in a positive way to build a “borderless” environment for science and
education.
Not only in reducing distances and possibilities of communication and exchanges with other
countries, also, through digital dissemination, through commitment to scientific production, the use of
digital media allows challenges imposed by calamities, such as the coronavirus pandemic, to have less
impact on global scientific production. Even in times of difficulty, crisis and isolation, digital vehicles
made it possible for scientific production not to stop, perhaps even to gain new impetus when forced to
break through this environment that was still explored with more caution, with more parsimony. The
lessons that were learned during the pandemic, and that are still being learned, will not be simply ignored
and forgotten, new models of scientific production and dissemination have been consolidated over the
last 2 years and will continue even when isolation measures are no longer necessary, it also showed the
possibility of using the strength of this new system of global scientific communication to face these
challenges and difficulties that can devastate the world, in addition to those that already plague several
places continuously.
In this spirit of overcoming difficulties and borders, of communication, of innovation, several
works will be presented that will address how, within the field of education and others, innovations and
contact between countries can be used in a positive way for the development of a more humane, more
inclusive educational system, a system that is capable of dealing with the new demands of the 21st
century, both in view of the new political and social challenges, as well as the technological frontiers
that are increasingly being explored and incorporated into life of people. It will be analyzed and exposed
how the different generations deal with this new reality and how education, a modern education that is
capable of incorporating this plural world, can be a powerful ally at this time when people around the
planet struggle to maintain themselves updated and able to keep up with life that is becoming more and
more dynamic.
An education that proves to be liberating, that is capable of teaching people to interpret their
wo
rld, their reality, the new flows and demands. It is necessary for a quality education for this moment
of humanity to be able to integrate new and old generations, identify what needs to be changed and those
values that still need to be maintained and transmitted to new generations, which is capable of integrating
and enabling older generations so that they understand and know how to live together, and not just cut
and prune, with the younger ones, capable of understanding the changes and are able to remain integrated

in a reality that changes in an increasingly fast and intense way, which diverges a lot, most of the time,
from the world when these older people were the ones who were going through the educational system.
New values, new challenges, new demands, new hopes, new frustrations, new diversions, new
ways of existing and participating in the world, and an ever faster change in all this, a society and a
reality, people increasingly fluid are the hallmark of today's world, and understanding the phenomena
that lead us to this, understanding how the younger generations live in this ever changing environment
is part of the educational challenge of the new century, the school, education has to be able to adapt and
evolve and modify to keep up with the new rhythms and not become obsolete, unable to make younger
people actually able to navigate the tumultuous waters of this new existential becoming without getting
lost, being able to act and interact, to become parts active and relevant systems, and changes in those
systems, which still govern life. Forming human people and yet capable of integrating into existing
structures, considering the past and also the future, is a major obstacle that educational systems face, as
not only young people and generations that are still in their “phase” of studies have that being able to be
part of society, those who are already elderly also need to be included, they also need to be able to
navigate these new temporal flows so different from the past when they were students.
The word of the day in this edition of our magazine becomes inclusiveness, an ability to
overcome generational, technological, pandemic, geographic, linguistic, cultural and other barriers, even
if partially, even if still only timidly, but pioneer, integrating, including more and more peoples and
people in the realities of the world, making the old and the new able to converse, able to understand
each other, that the national and the foreigner get closer, even when the geographic distances are
gigantic. Thus, reaffirming once again its commitment to dissemination and scientific growth and
development, the Revista on Line de Política e Gestão Educacional presents an edition where contrasts
and challenges are approached and explored, seeking to overcome them, seeking new understandings of
how it is done and how to do education and science at an international level.
Thus, we conclude this brief introduction and wish you all an excellent reading.
