Abstract

The stress can be seen in man, the family and the community and even in nature, it is a phenomenon that can only be explained through a systemic and dynamic look on life that manifests in the body and encounters obstacles in trying to express their nature. This paper proposes an even look to explain the physical or mental stress built within a group context. This look emphasizes the need for expression and pursuit of pleasure that every body craves, even if it live episodes of stress needed to strengthen the walls that protect our guts. The community consists of a group of families who bring in their bowel chronic stress situations, repression, and that somehow manifest itself and will affect everyone. Therefore, we need an analytical reading, transforming the physical and psycho social phenomenon.
