Abstract

The paper analyses the bilateral trade between Brazil and China in term of its CO2 contents. It shows that the commerce between both countries has increased since the 1990’, and the participation of the Chinese market to the Brazilian exports is about of 20% of all exports. At the same time, the index used in this paper illustrates that Brazilian exports has pressed the ecosystem by increased of CO2 emissons.
