Abstract

This article has as its central question, how is lesbian youth built in a neo-Pentecostal community? From the book Joven y alocada, by Camila Gutiérrez, where we find three aspects: a) a) Self-pleasure, displacing it from the soul-spirit, proposed by religion, to the body-sexuality-lesbian proposed by the protagonist; b) Sexuality and lesbian love. Expressed mainly through the experiences of lesbian trials and lesboerotism where the young lesbian practices sexuality breaking the boundaries of heterosexuality; Heterosexual fragmentation and integration characterized by the contradiction and confusion of sexual desire; c) Lesbian statement: where it is shown as a socially and emotionally significant event for lesbians. Making it clear that being a lesbian is not a neutral fact, but a fact of rebellion and disobedience, especially in the evangelical and neo-Pentecostal context.
