The present article’s study is literary scenography, focusing on the enunciation in which women’s voice and the space-time coordinates in the midst of a mystery and thriller discursive event organize the “Natal na Barca” discourse from Lygia Fagundes Telles, selected as the subject of analysis. To accomplish our goal, we looked into the Discourse Analysis in France (DA), in its discursive-enunciative perspective, with emphasis in the literary discourse category, thesis proposed by Maingueneau (2018) that comprehends the literary as an extent of textual linguistics. The linguistic materiality and society are related to Lygia’s subjectivity and to the social-historical conditions in her discourse’s production. The literary discourse is a part of the constituents discourses, as it provides sense to the collective acts. Our studies confirm scenography as the condition and product of discourse, as it involves the creative process, committed enunciation and the manifestation of women’s suffering and misfortunes in a society marked by sexism. Victim and agent of the creative process, Lygia does not find any form of linguistic-literary investment other than the elaboration of discourse.
