Abstract

In this article we intend to address Flight to Arras (French Pilote de guerre (1942) by Saint-Exupéry, that reports the aerial reconnaissance missions in which the author participated during the turbulent period of the World War II, when France was invaded by Nazi forces. Our goal is to analyze this polemical work to show how the narrator before a world in complete disorder builds a plot that also seems unstructured, moving across genres as well as crossing his memories that merge with the report of the war.
