Abstract

In this interview conducted by Marcia Teixeira de Souza in 2015, Giovan Francesco Lanzara discusses a complexity that involves the construction of institutions, a topic widely debated in his trajectory. The author reflects on the impasses and how to solve institutional processes related to a democracy and the emergence of political leaders without party connections in the current conjuncture.
