Abstract
These notes reprint a paper presented at the IV Universitarian Week (ILCSE-UNESP — october/1980) They intend to state some investigation hypothesis based upon a preliminary survey of two kinds of sources a) primary sources — manifests, documents and testimonies of the Spanish (1960-78) and Brazilian (1970-80) workers' movement, b) secundary sources — literature about the history of urban syndicalism (Spam and Brazil), concerning, mainly, the mentioned period.
