Abstract
This paper tries to summarize and to make know the main results of a research on the labour force turn-over in a specific situation. It hopes to demonstrate how the University can serve the population where it is inserted, sensibilizing the Public Authorities and the dominant class so as to minos the problems that affect such a population.
