Abstract
Some matters associated with food production and distribution in Brazil, are analysed. The exislence of complex relationships in the moments of the economic process in evidenced from this analysis. The industrial and or commercial capital domination exercised on the small farmers is also evidenced. Among lhe agricultural polilical instruments the credit mechanisms have an important role in this domination condition.
