From clay to dust: studies on technology, procedure of work and health work in potteries

Abstract

In this article I deal with family's work in potteries, with special prominence to woman's work. I analyse the place of woman in work division and study the consequences of work far the body, and pottery women worker's knowledge of those consequences. The potteries, which have been kept in manufacture condition for generations, are characterized by clandestiness.
