The electronic prince

Abstract

This text tries to show, in the age of globalization, the radical change imposed on the conditions under which the political theory and its practice have been created. Instead of having "The Prince" by Maquiavel or "The Modern Prince" by Gramsci and some other "princes" that may have been created in modem times, we are about to create "The Eietromc Prince", who simultaneously subordinates, recreates, absorbs or simply surpasses all the others.
