Ethics, science and politics: from the reformist philosopher to the demanding manager

Abstract

This paper intends to analyse how the intelligentsia has been considered in the past years, according to the classical norms (such as by Fichte, for example), and to analyse the present situation, in which the philosophers have been progressively becoming bureaucrats, transformed into institutional managers.
