The constitutional reform of the Brazilian judiciary at the Deputies Camera's decision making process.

Abstract

This article intends to inquire how the Câmara dos Deputados has discussed the reform of the Judicial institutions, during the second term of Fernando Henrique Cardoso presidency, taking as a parameter the constitutional design conceived by the constituents back in 1986. Taking to account that the professionals of Law compose a sector well organized, the meanings of the reform were very controversial. This fact originated a great difficult in the process of constitutional reform.
