Public Security and perspectives of change from the point of view of training

Abstract

In recent years, diverse attempts of changes in the formations given to the policemen have been tried in all the country. The perspective of these experiences is that the education would transform practical actions into the policies, which would pass to respect more the rights of the citizens. In this text, this belief is criticized by the analysis on the way as the called education for the citizenship of the policemen has been carried through in the state of Sergipe.
