Abstract
This article reports analyses and conclusions formulated
from comments about Brazilian Criminal Justice and that they
had given to origin the thesis Criminal Justice in Current Brazil: Democratic Speech - Practical Authoritarian. The objective of this research was to reflect on the contemporary criminal politics, directed to magnifying of the repression and the continuous use of the imprisonment. Such politics, implemented in Brazil soon after the opening politics occurred in 1985, also adjusts the liberal project to it in course in the country and practically all the capitalist Occident.
