This article makes an analysis of Evo Morales’s power take over speech as President of Bolivia, given before the Congress on january 22 ND 2006. The main detected elements in this document are the rescue of the insurrection of the Bolivian indigenous movement, Evo’s belonging to a collective us without losing his role as mediator from a place of power, as well as the reproduction of a long enduring cyclic vision, present in the andina culture which projects the uncolonizing utopia of us attending to a new time, to a Pachacuti. On that new time-space from Evo’s perspective, the broken country will be rebuilded from a democratic cultural revolution that will break the current disorder and will build a new respectful and joining diversity order.
