Abstract

This paper through a systematic way, studies aspects of the concept of Metaphor in C. S. Peirce´s works, specially, that related to the concept of iconicity. Peirce´s approach to the concept of Metaphor, despite of being ill-structured, seems useful as a reference to support current theoretical investigations on that subject. Keywords: Peirce. Semiotics.
