The theme of the present article is the interrelation between two notions of the concept of real: the philosophical one, by Charles Sanders Peirce, and one of the various possible concepts of reality within Physics or Quantum Mechanics (by the so called Copenhagen School). In doing so, the general objective of our study is to elaborate a model for a multifaceted reality. We also interpret the wave-particle duality on the basis of Peircean signs and survey the problem of the symbol in its connection with the model as here proposed. We close the article by partially placing in question the possible role of the Anthropic Principle in cosmology.
