Abstract

The present work aims to present solutions in the educational area to strengthen the application and respect for human rights, beginning from the current reality, that shows remnants of the marginalization and inferiorization of diverse groups and cultural and sexual options, resulting from the colonization of the latin people, the influence of Eurocentrism and the universalized notion that masks the real face of human rights. The paths designed to make effective the protection of such fundamental guarantees go from the formation of the citizen through conscious and directed education in the small familiar groups (micro theory) and also by the inclusion of the discipline of Human Rights in the curricular grades of the fundamental teaching (macro theory). The objective of this article is to point out the answers to this problem, through an active action that aims to develop citizens and people subject to the law that respect human rights.
