Abstract

This article discusses some of the major institutional changes and people's participation that are being generated in Venezuela, and its impact on the new guidelines and crises afflicting the field of social and political-legal order. It is observed that these changes have favored the development of a citizenry with greater visibility and be able to act in the process of public choice through elections and / or popular referendums.
