We applied the model to a set of regional governmental departments based in the inquiries filled by each one. The cross analysis of strategic goals and political orientations allowed us to quantify the alignment levels, being demonstrated the possibility to supply to quantitative information on the mismatch between strategic objectives of the regional departments of the public administration and the politics statements defined by the government.
