The technological development as critical success factor in the formation of structures polycentric: a perspective of their impact in units of network management of public policy

Abstract

This article presents a theoretical discussion about the use of polycentric structures in public administration, in view of the prospect of technological development in the formation of policy networks. It is considered that the management models are the basis for the transformation and / or maintenance of a particular organization, thus demand, in this work, pointing out the main ideas that guide this process as the design and management structures in polycentric associated with technological development, network management and formation of public policies to meet social expectations. The methodology refers to a literature review through observation and comparison of scientific journal articles, texts and books on the subject. The research is guided by the descriptive analysis, including as an alternative understanding, studies of everyday situations, disclosed in a document on the subject.
