Based on studies on the world’s entrepreneurialization process, which highlight the centrality of the idea of business in our world, we propose to discuss the symbolic dimension of this phenomenon, capable of forming what we will call here of business habitus. In this sense, the objective of this work is to associate the theory of entrepreneurialization with the main contributions of Pierre Bourdieu to discuss the symbolic dimension of the referred process and outline the concept of entrepreneurial habitus. Observing the symbolic dimension of this process allowed us to understand that the business habitus, as a socializing force, carries a larger set of values and knowledge not only related to essentially market and utilitarian aspects, sustaining faith in business precepts and giving even more strength and legitimacy to the entrepreneurial process.
