Abstract

This article presents the result of a field research made, in the mountaineer Lima region, with the objective to analyse a program of the digital inclusion that the peruvian State is introduce in the rural areas. The present ethnographic report show users brief profiles of these rural telecenters, above considerate the trajectory of the technicians that responsible for their administrations. Moreover, this article presents too the technological and financial infra-structure of this pilot experience, established at Huaral e Aucallama, whose model intend to be expanded to others three thousands rural locations. After the exposition of this ethnography and the steps taken to get the contacts and interviews, this article concludes show some perspectives and possibilities of further research.
