Abstract

This text present various interpretations from the 60's and 70's of the dilemas - still waiting for a solution - that arise from the substancial changes the world underwent in the economy, politics and culture at the end of the 20th century. The essential question is: are we still living under the historical imperialistic period or has humanity entered another period of the process of capital development, qualitatively different from its predecessor?
