The effects of politics productivity to new generations of academics during the program of doctorate

This paper examines the effects of politics productivity to new generations of academic experience in the doctoral programe of a Brazilian public university. It was intended to demonstrate such as: the academic has understood the production of knowledge, and what have been the main difficulties and motivations for doing a PhD nowadays. Considering that these women embrace their doctorate based on the acertive that they shall have better chances to compete in the labor market. It was concluded that despite the difficulties experienced during the doctoral phase, the academic still seek to incorporate the academic habitus socially valued, even being aware that it has caused negative effects on their lives.Downloads
