Abstract

Notes upon the Gothic monster as a metaphor for postmodern identities, followed by an analysis of Margaret Atwood’s short story “Lusus naturae” in its echoes of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, as a way of developing the aforementioned hypothesis.
