Abstract

Relative questions to the management of social interests and environmental resources in agricultural territories have received special prominence in social sciences recent literature on environmental sustainability. This article proposes some necessary themes to a sociological agenda of studies about the sustainable rural development. It emphasizes the inquiry of new current social conflicts result of the agricultural territories decentralized instances emergency, tracing one european and national literatures brief synthesis. For the treatment of the management democratic spaces social construction of the distinct involved interests in the territorial plot for the development, the text will launch hand of the notions about legitimacy, social distinction and symbolic capital production in the dynamics of the contemporary rurality routes.
