Abstract

The recent transformations of the job market responsible for the change in the worker's profile brought consequences for the syndicalism. Authors defend the syndicalism and others its reorientation as survival form. The present article intends to put in the center of the debate the representation notion marked by two senses: a politician and other cognitive. The hypothesis is that the reorientations in the syndicalism action in public spaces would be sign of the attempt of the alternatives search for the syndicates guarantee representativeness before the difficulties every time larger in organize the collectivity. It is the ideas organization looking a proposal of the inconclusive analysis with the definition of the syndicate’s representation as objective.
