Abstract

The article discusses the process of implementation of the programme SAI – Agroindustrial Integrated System of SEBRAE: from its creation and application, passing through early impacts of the programme which have resulted in its own reformulation in new designation of AGROSEBRAE. The dynamic of the programme, being directed towards construction and improvement small agriculture enterprises, has been directed making advantege of daily-life experiences. The construction of a policy of development directed to small agricultural nuclei of entrepreneurs results in the appropriation of producers “know-how” through the use of techniques that are eventually sold to them by the programme AGROSEBRAE. The research and fieldwork for this studies was carried out between 2007 and 2010.
