Abstract

The paper presents and discusses the two main ideological currents that address the motivations of entrepreneurs in the practice of corporate social responsibility, both internal, affects their relationships with employees, to external, relating to their socio-environmental relations. As allowance for the analysis, it also makes a brief review of the central characteristics of contemporary capitalism.
