Bureaucracy and scoundrel perversity? Immaterial work and contemporary identity in a burocratic institution

Such of contemporary philosophy can be seen as a series of attempts to get rid of the influence of metaphysical dualisms, such as between essence and accident, property and substance, appearance and reality that Western thought inherited from the Greeks. Administration sociology, economics psychoanalysis all areas of social thought were more or less affected by this démarche. Theirs is perhaps the anthropology that will feel the greatest impact of these developments, since social science is more engaged with the study of language. In this test case will address the analysis produced contemporaneously on the work, in particular, the emergence of a new hegemony, immaterial labor, as well as new approaches to the formatting of subjectivity, the rigidity and exclusiveness of identity in society disciplinary fluidity and additivity of the identifications of the control society, theoretical framework for an attempt to develop an ethnography of newly hired employees by a public company, BNDES - National Bank of Economic and Social Development.
