Abstract

This paper intends to present on na approach some topics: the work; the importance of this on the human being´s life; the worker´s qualification to face the technological development and the integration of the market, wich produces, nowadays, a paradigmatic change on the jobs. This research is also based on the argument that, among the numberless social factors, there are other important elements to observe when analyzing the disqualification and unemployment questions. Though, it is important assert that the occupations changed because the production way of the 20th century and of this 21th century start. This change, allied to the growing discourse of the worker unfitness to face the present demand of the job market, requires a reflection.
