Abstract

Since the process of conquest and occupation of Brazilian territory dispute over land appears as a constant. Indians, settlers and farmers in many different historical temporalities, present themselves as social agents in the search for survivors had their sweat and blood shed. Even in the XXI century, was advertising for rationality and technological advances in various fields, has repeated scenario so alarming. Thus, this manuscript aims to present some reflections on the subject of dispute, which socially and historically, has according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the right to decent work and property.
