The time of the farmer

Abstract

This work discuss about the temporality of the social relationships before the first land’s occupation realized by Movement of Landless Workers (MST) in the Ceará. The temporality limited social relationships before the occupation referenced by relates about the traditional system of political domination, forms of subjection of labor in large land holdings and the living conditions of farm workers during the decades before to the years 1980. The interpretation back to the ordering logic of meaning expressed in the speeches of the past of those who lived.
