Considerations about work productivity increase and their results for the teachers and others public employees

This article seeks to realize a discussion about theoretical elements of the work productivity increase in the capitalism and their results for the employment and the work conditions, specifically for the teachers and public employees. It argues that the work productivity increase is necessary to the operation of capitalist as well a key to understand how the capitalists crises occur beside the unemployment phenomenon. Also is analyzed the governmental policy to move the productivity models from private company to the public administration and what are their effects on the work conditions of public employees and teachers.Downloads
