Abstract

Due to the great transformations undergone during the last decades in capital valuing patterns, this paper brings out elements that try to understand the changes that occurred in the labor relations. First it tried to define globalization and the labor relations. Second, it discusses the interrelations between these two concepts. The last part synthesizes the main conclusions and observations of the text, emphasizing not the fact that capitalism produces even more with less workers but the fact that the present accumulation pattern shows itself as a new way of rationalizing production, which contributes to a crisis in the labor relations to the Ford/Taylor previous pattern.
