Abstract

The article analyzes the rules of the fair trade in the scope of the coffee production in the State of Chiapas, Mexico. The authors indicate difficulties that ensue from the of the contradictions between the norms which regulate the commerce just and the reality of the communities peasants and indigenous. They support the thesis of that is basic to extend the dialogue stops beyond the mere incorporation of new criteria, making with that the commerce just is something more than a simple way of access to the markets.
