Abstract

The federalist viewpoint offers a different look to achieving health and education policies, because it requires a pragmatic perception of conflict of fiscal interests, in view of the distribution of constitutional powers. Starting from this understanding, this article aims to analyze the implications involving federalism to the achievement of health and of education policies, analyzing the connection between the Federative Entities. For this, uses method of hermeneutics research, through literature technique and verification normative, in an interdisciplinary analysis. In the end, aims to contribute to the depth and importance of the issue and pave the way for further discussions.
