Starting from some works that use fairy tales in learning to read and write, the article discusses the possibility of the teacher to adopt the child fantasy as an important part of development. More than just the use of fairy tales in education, it tends to question the form that one perceives childhood. The form that the fairy tales are used in learning to read and write is directly related to the conception of childhood that filters through the pedagogic discussion.Downloads
