Abstract

The text stresses the need of the common devoted mother to be herself, in meeting the child, enabling it to develop its potentialities and way of being, in its way, and in due time it can experience religiosity, in the quest to the Sacred and of the idea of the Divine. The text also states that the need of the encounter therapist-patient is grounded on the "being and let be" so that it can become a person, in search of the potenciality of being. I refer to a clinical case and expose some reasons so as to better explain this addopted approach.
