After the analysis, an opinion will be issued and sent to the author with one of the following possibilities: a) full acceptance of the matter for publication; b) review of the parts pointed out by the referees; c) final refusal of the matter. After due corrections and/or suggestions, the article will be accepted for publication if you have two favorable opinions; and rejected when two opinions are unfavorable.
