O serviço secreto do DEOPS/SP na Era Vargas: o papel da infiltração e delação na vigilância policial sobre o movimento operário

Abstract

This work analyses the infiltration policeman's paper orchestrated by DEOPS/SP in the organizations of the labor movement during the Era Vargas. We tried to observe as this pratice pronounced with other mischievous procedures to cable in the dependences of this department for the inquiries policemen's elaboration. Those procedures, considered unlawfull, as rhe prision non authorized for the judiciary and the interrogation intermixed by the accused's physical and psychological torture, were the tonic of the investigation model of DEOPS, whose the diligences sought the confession of the crime for the accused. Such mischievous pratices to cable for the apparel of State reflected lines of an authoritarian control strategy for the spaces of popular sociability, which the notion of justice was delegated to the own policemen, that availed the right in agreement with your crime notion and criminality.
