Abstract

Here are a reflection on the possible relationship between the political and the media field today. Taking for granted that puts Octavio Ianni when theorizing about contemporary political practices and the role that the media exert on their development, since this suggests that political practices – the practices of actual political disputes – would have suffered a major shift, not lying more linked to party strategies, but rather diluted in the modern media universe . And as we found in the work of Michel Foucault and Pierre Bourdieu questions about discourse relations and power relations, seek – taking into account the particularities of each author – establish a conceptual framework that enables us to address, from the relationship between discourse and power, our own contemporary issues, such as, for example, the issue of e- prince described by Ianni .
