Abstract

This article seeks to explain the relationship between the events that marked the demonstrations of June 2013 and the inclusion in the policy of the National Congress agenda restrictive bills on the use of internet and other spaces for political purposes. Reports on demonstrations, legal aspects and analysis of other researchers were used. The theoretical context of this analysis is composed by reflections and concepts of Hebert Marcuse and Alain Touraine on protest movements and social domination.
