National comission of truth and the military civil relations in Brazil

In this article, we work the concept of civil military relations Alfred Stepan from the political transition to democracy in Brazil, after 21 years in force during the military dictatorship in Brazil (1964-1985). Through a documentary of the final report analyzing the National Truth Commission seek to understand how agreements between civil and military members occurred in 1985 during the political transition influenced the current political and social situation of the country in order to limit and obscure the gains brought by this Commission. From this material, the main objective of this article was to analyze how the configuration of military civil relations during the work of CNV is directly related to the permanence of the dictatorial legacy in our current democracy.Downloads
