Audiovisual teaching tools in creating a developing speech environment in the native languages of the indigenous peoples of the north, Siberia, and the far east of the Russian Federation

The paper describes the use of audiovisual teaching tools in the study of native languages under threat of extinction. It substantiates the importance of using these tools to create a developing speech environment in educational organizations operating in the places of residence of indigenous minorities of the North, Siberia, and the Far East of the Russian Federation. It presents the requirements for the development of a digital educational resource project as a basic condition for creating a developing speech environment for learning the native language in the general education system.
